Owner
Born and raised locally, Co-Owner Earl Mann grew up in the Flooring Industry. Ken Mann opened his first shop in 1962, and Earl spent seven years under his father's tutelage. After his father retired, Earl and his brother, Kelly, took over the family business and together have been running a successful company for over 25 years.

Owner
Kelly Mann is the Managing Owner of Roseville Carpet One. He has 33 years of experience, seven of which he spent "hands-on" as an installer of a wide variety of flooring types, both residential and commercial. Today, Kelly focuses primarily on customer relations, problem solving, and team and business development.

Accounting
With over 25 years as an Accounting professional, Laurie Mann joined the Roseville Carpet One family business shortly after she married one of the owners, Kelly Mann. Today, she assists the accounting department by handling invoices and requisitions for all four locations. As a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, she is more than capable of the position. Laurie enjoys road biking, walking, yoga, and working with her family. Her motto, "LOVE is everything..."
Commercial Consultant
As a Commercial Consultant for the Commercial Division of Roseville Carpet One, Beth McShane has been involved in customer sales and estimating for substantial business properties for over 25 years. With an education from Long Beach State University in Interior Design, Beth is well-equipped to evaluate a company's needs and budgets and determine what makes the best sense for each property. She has handled commercial clients across the medical, educational, and multiple corporate arenas, among others.
Controller
"I believe I have performed just about every management task related to flooring that there is!" After 23 years with Roseville Carpet One, Controller Gary Geiger has been involved with everything from order entry, scheduling, customer service, financials, including profit and loss, balance sheets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and more. As a well-respected member of the team, Gary is also closely involved with owners, Earl and Kelly Mann, on policy and company direction. "I've seen a lot of changes in this company, and I'm glad I could be a part of the leadership team and intricately involved in their success."
Warehouse/Installation Coordinator
Rod Seiler has been Roseville Carpet One's Warehouse/Installation Coordinator since 1999. He handles all shipping and receiving for their inventory, and in a multi-million-dollar business, that's no small task. Rod also oversees the logistics for all their flooring projects, including cutting and staging. In his spare time, he enjoys restoring vintage cars and mountain biking.
Sales Consultant
Having spent over 25 years in sales and landscape project design, I felt this transition to flooring was the right path. I have now been in the flooring industry for over a decade working with homeowners, contractors, and designers, serving the flooring community with great knowledge and a joyful attitude. Gifted with an eye for design, using my skills to advise clients on what flooring would look best in their home is the reward. I also enjoy spending time with my grandson. I also love to spend time with my husband of 35 years.
Sales/Merchandising
As a fourth-generation Californian, Rick Bertelli has spent most of his life in the Sacramento and Placer County areas of Northern California. With 45 years of experience in the home improvement industry, specializing in flooring, window coverings, and cleaning, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Rick has been a dedicated part of the Carpet One Floor & Home team for 28 years, serving the Roseville community for nearly a decade.
Outside of work, Rick and his spouse share a love for outdoor activities like hiking and gardening, and he also pursues woodworking as a hobby.
Throughout his extensive career, Rick has found great satisfaction in guiding customers through the selection process, helping them find the ideal products to beautify and modernize their homes and businesses. He is passionate about making this experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
Robert Aguilar is a seasoned expert in flooring, countertops, cabinetry, and home renovation with California Renovation / RCO Flooring, and a licensed real estate professional with Guide Real Estate. With years of hands-on experience in both construction and real estate, Robert helps clients envision and create homes that reflect their style, needs, and long-term goals.
A proud family man and father of five, Robert understands what makes a house truly feel like home. His commitment to quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and exceptional customer care shines through in every renovation project and real estate transaction.
Outside of work, Robert is a passionate musician who performs with Traktion, a high-energy cover band, and Love Removal Machine, a tribute to The Cult. Whether he’s helping clients renovate, buy, or sell a home—or performing on stage—Robert brings the same creativity, energy, and dedication to everything he does.
