Earl Mann, Owner
Born and raised locally, Co-Owner, Earl Mann, grew up in the Flooring Industry. Ken Mann opened his first shop in 1962 and Earl spent seven years under his father’s tutelage. After his father retired, Earl and his brother, Kelly, took over the family business and together, have been running a successful company for over 25 years.

Kelly Mann, Owner
Kelly Mann is the Managing Owner of Roseville Carpet One. He has 33 years of experience, seven of which he spent “hands-on” as an installer of a wide variety of flooring types, both residential and commercial. Today, Kelly focuses primarily on customer relations, problem solving, and team and business development.

Laurie Mann, Accounting
With over 25 years as an Accounting professional, Laurie Mann joined the Roseville Carpet One family business shortly after she married one of the owners, Kelly Mann. Today, she assists their accounting department by handling invoices and requisitions for all four locations. As a graduate from California State University in Sacramento, she is more than capable of the position. Laurie enjoys road biking, walking, yoga and working with her family. Her motto, “LOVE is everything…..”
Beth McShane, Commercial Consultant
As a Commercial Consultant for the Commercial Division of Roseville Carpet One, Beth McShane has been involved in customer sales and estimating for substantial business properties for over 25 years. With an education from Long Beach State University in Interior Design, Beth is well equipped to evaluate a company’s needs and budgets and determine what makes the best sense for each property. She has handled commercial clients within the medical, educational, multiple corporate arenas and more.
Bill Hallam, Commercial Flooring Project Manager
As Roseville Carpet One’s Commercial Flooring Project Manager, Bill Hallam is responsible for the overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management for the job. He also provides technical direction during the design/build phase of the many projects he has managed (e.g. Medical, Corporate and Multi-Family Dwellings) to ensure compliance to quality standards and budget requirements. With 34 years of experience serving local developers, general contractors, designers and end users in all areas of carpet, wood and resilient flooring; his background is an asset to the company and the customers he serves.
Gary Geiger, Controller
“I believe I have performed just about every management task related to flooring that there is!” After 23 years with Roseville Carpet One, Controller Gary Geiger has been involved with everything from order entry, scheduling, customer service, financials, including profit and loss, balance sheets, account receivable, accounts payable, payroll and more. As a well-respected member of the team, Gary is also closely involved with owners, Earl and Kelly Mann, on policy and company direction. “I’ve seen a lot of changes in this company and I’m glad I could be a part of the leadership team and intricately involved in their success.”
Edward Watson, Sales Manager
As a Flooring Specialist, Edward Watson advises customers on the best product options to meet their particular needs. With 28 years in the flooring and tile industry, he has extensive education in the entire process. While working hands-on from the ground up as a warehouse employee to Store Manager, the experience has given him invaluable knowledge of the entire procedure. Further, Edward was selected as a “Sales Professional Superstar” within the CCA Global Franchise-Flooring America/Flooring Canada Division. He was solicited to share his successful methods at the 2012 Summer Convention, which hosted over 500 owners in the US and Canadian markets. “I receive a great sense of fulfillment assisting customers who are seeking guidance and may be overwhelmed with the floor covering process. I truly enjoy helping people!”
Rod Seiler, Warehouse/Installation Coordinator
Rod Sieler has been Roseville Carpet One’s Warehouse/Installation Coordinator since 1999. He handles all the shipping and receiving of their inventory and in a multi-million dollar business, that’s no small task. Rod also oversees the logistics for all their flooring projects, including cutting and staging. In his spare time, he enjoys restoring vintage cars and mountain biking.
