How Our Story Began

Our journey started with our dad, Ken Mann, who opened a furniture store in the early 1960s just off Interstate 80. As Roseville grew, so did his business. When the original building was sold, he moved operations to Church Street near Denio’s Farmers Market, a cherished local landmark, and shifted his focus to flooring.

Eventually, we, brothers Earl and Kelly Mann, joined the family business. We rolled up our sleeves and learned the trade from the ground up, installing everything from carpet and hardwood to vinyl. In 1988, we proudly took over the business, committing ourselves fully to flooring.

By the mid-1990s, it was clear we needed more room to grow. So, we built a brand-new showroom near the original location and have proudly served Roseville, CA, and the surrounding communities from this spot ever since.
