Earl Mann, Owner
Born and raised locally, Co-Owner, Earl Mann, grew up in the Flooring Industry. Ken Mann opened his first shop in 1962 and Earl spent seven years under his father’s tutelage. After his father retired, Earl and his brother, Kelly, took over the family business and together, have been running a successful company for over 25 years.

Kelly Mann, Owner
Kelly Mann is the Managing Owner of Roseville Carpet One. He has 33 years of experience, seven of which he spent “hands-on” as an installer of a wide variety of flooring types, both residential and commercial. Today, Kelly focuses primarily on customer relations, problem solving, and team and business development.

Laurie Mann, Accounting
With over 25 years as an Accounting professional, Laurie Mann joined the Roseville Carpet One family business shortly after she married one of the owners, Kelly Mann. Today, she assists their accounting department by handling invoices and requisitions for all four locations. As a graduate from California State University in Sacramento, she is more than capable of the position. Laurie enjoys road biking, walking, yoga and working with her family. Her motto, “LOVE is everything…..”
Beth McShane, Commercial Consultant
As a Commercial Consultant for the Commercial Division of Roseville Carpet One, Beth McShane has been involved in customer sales and estimating for substantial business properties for over 25 years. With an education from Long Beach State University in Interior Design, Beth is well equipped to evaluate a company’s needs and budgets and determine what makes the best sense for each property. She has handled commercial clients within the medical, educational, multiple corporate arenas and more.
Bill Hallam, Commercial Flooring Project Manager
As Roseville Carpet One’s Commercial Flooring Project Manager, Bill Hallam is responsible for the overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management for the job. He also provides technical direction during the design/build phase of the many projects he has managed (e.g. Medical, Corporate and Multi-Family Dwellings) to ensure compliance to quality standards and budget requirements. With 34 years of experience serving local developers, general contractors, designers and end users in all areas of carpet, wood and resilient flooring; his background is an asset to the company and the customers he serves.
Gary Geiger, Controller
“I believe I have performed just about every management task related to flooring that there is!” After 23 years with Roseville Carpet One, Controller Gary Geiger has been involved with everything from order entry, scheduling, customer service, financials, including profit and loss, balance sheets, account receivable, accounts payable, payroll and more. As a well-respected member of the team, Gary is also closely involved with owners, Earl and Kelly Mann, on policy and company direction. “I’ve seen a lot of changes in this company and I’m glad I could be a part of the leadership team and intricately involved in their success.”
Edward Watson, Retail Sales
As a Flooring Specialist, Edward Watson advises customers on the best product options to meet their particular needs. With 28 years in the flooring and tile industry, he has extensive education in the entire process. While working hands-on from the ground up as a warehouse employee to Store Manager, the experience has given him invaluable knowledge of the entire procedure. Further, Edward was selected as a “Sales Professional Superstar” within the CCA Global Franchise-Flooring America/Flooring Canada Division. He was solicited to share his successful methods at the 2012 Summer Convention, which hosted over 500 owners in the US and Canadian markets. “I receive a great sense of fulfillment assisting customers who are seeking guidance and may be overwhelmed with the floor covering process. I truly enjoy helping people!”
Gina Covert, Sales Professional
“I love interior design! I enjoy helping my clients find the right products to fit their style and make their homes beautiful!” As a Sales Professional with Roseville Carpet One, Gina Covert has focused on doing just that for nearly 35. After many hours of training in specialized flooring and manufacture courses, as well as her two decades of experience in Flooring Sales, Management and Installation, Gina is well qualified to assist any customer with selections of carpet, wood, laminate and tile – selections that evaluate their needs and take into consideration their lifestyle. Gina enjoys working with customers and feels her secret to success is, "Treat others the way you want to be treated."
Jim Hess, Sales & Operations Coordinator
Accomplished in sales, management, and operations in the flooring industry, Jim Hess has been in the business for more than 20 years. Currently Jim is Carpet One’s Sales and Operations Coordinator and his expertise lies in product training and keeping the company updated on the latest in flooring products and trends.
Rod Seiler, Warehouse/Installation Coordinator
Rod Sieler has been Roseville Carpet One’s Warehouse/Installation Coordinator since 1999. He handles all the shipping and receiving of their inventory and in a multi-million dollar business, that’s no small task. Rod also oversees the logistics for all their flooring projects, including cutting and staging. In his spare time, he enjoys restoring vintage cars and mountain biking.
Bob Files, Division Manager/Estimator
“I started in this trade at age 17 and I still love what I do! Now how many people can say that?” Bob Files has had 35 years of extensive experience in all areas of ceramic tile and stone installation, including installer, project manager, business owner and most recently, as Roseville Carpet One’s Division Manager/Estimator and heading up their Commercial Tile Division. During his tenure, Bob has taken the lead on some of the largest and most prestigious projects in Northern California and was awarded the “Silver Trowel Award” for his contributions to the Solano Mall in Fairfield as well as the KXTV Channel 10 Building and Downtown Corporate Center in Sacramento. Today, Bob is assisted in the process by his family including his son, Travis Files, an installer, his daughter-in-law, Krista Files, office manager, and his daughter, Nicole Gallier, who is the newest addition to the team as an estimator. His motto, “Enjoy work, enjoy life!”
Brian Montgomery, Estimator/Manager, Tile Project Division
“I enjoy envisioning, evaluating and managing large complex tile and stone projects.” As Estimator and Manager of Commercial Tile Projects for Roseville Carpet One, Brian Montgomery has spent 10 Years in the Ceramic Tile & Stone Industry. With course work in art and design, he has extensive experience in designing and developing both large and small tile projects for health care companies, fitness centers, casinos, restaurants, grocery stores, automobile dealerships, industrial facilities, schools, and military bases. He has covered all aspects of construction from tenant improvements, new construction, remodels, Prevailing Wage, Davis Bacon, private construction and more.
Nicole Gallier, Ceramic Tile Estimator
Even though Nicole Gallier is one of the newest members of the Roseville Carpet One family, she has tile industry experience in her blood. She not only grew up around the tile industry, at age eight she assisted her father with his tile installations. She recalls trying to mix thin set in a bucket with an electric mixer and getting completely tangled up in the process. So it would seem, working for Roseville Carpet One was a natural progression. As a Ceramic Tile Estimator and also handling Retail Sales, Nicole looks forward to making sure customers get the “right” flooring at the “right” price. Her motto, “What you do today can improve all your tomorrows."
Krista Files, Project Coordinator, Commercial Ceramic Tile
As Project Coordinator for the Ceramic Tile Commercial Division, Krista Files wears a lot of hats. She spends much of her day organizing client projects, handling customer inquiries, managing insurance issues and pre-lien information, accounts receivables, credit applications, tracking timecards, and more. In her three-years with Roseville Carpet One, Krista has become the “hub” of the Ceramic Tile Commercial Division. “I thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and that’s what this position offers. I couldn’t be happier.”
